Introducing XNET Foundation:
The DePIN Connectivity Solution

XNET is building something different with DePIN. They chose a different approach to market making to blaze the trail.

We’re proud to announce XNET Foundation as our newest designated market making partner. They’re laser-focused on beaming high-quality connectivity to users via distributed networks of hotspot devices, and they’re doing it at scale.

How It Works

When someone enters an area with an XNET Wi-Fi Access Point, their mobile device automatically jumps onto the hotspot network. No input required. No login screens. No accepting terms and conditions.
The goal is seamless connectivity that boosts service and helps the network by offloading data from congested cellular networks.
XNET uses Passpoint technology (also known as Hotspot 2.0) to make this magic happen. Your device automatically recognizes and authenticates with XNET hotspots, creating a frictionless experience most users don’t even notice is happening.

Tested at Scale

With active roaming support for AT&T customers through a partnership launched in September 2024, their infrastructure has the potential to reach over 150 million people.
XNET’s technology stack has also been battle-tested. Currently, XNET boasts around 2,200 active nodes and has facilitated connections for approximately 31 million users through its network. These aren’t theoretical numbers. This is real infrastructure serving real users.

The DePIN Difference

XNET incentivizes businesses and public spaces to deploy hotspots by rewarding them with $XNET tokens. This creates a distributed wireless network that alleviates congestion and improves overall coverage for major carriers.
Here’s the model: AT&T pays XNET in dollars for data usage. XNET passes tokens along to node operators. Everyone wins.
The carriers reduce network congestion. Venue owners earn passive income. Users get better connectivity. This is DePIN working as intended.
Unlike residential-focused networks, XNET targets high-value locations that carriers actually care about. High-footfall, long-dwell environments like businesses, commercial venues, and public spaces. Places where cellular offload creates real value.

Why This Matters

Traditional wireless infrastructure requires massive capital expenditure. Building out cellular coverage is expensive, time-consuming, and often leaves underserved markets behind.
XNET flips this model. By leveraging distributed infrastructure and token incentives, they can expand coverage faster and more efficiently than traditional approaches.
Co-founder Richard DeVaul put it simply: bootstrapping a business like XNET would have been difficult without a token. “XNET is the poster child for DePIN.”
He’s right. This is what decentralized physical infrastructure networks were meant to enable. Real utility, real revenue, real infrastructure.

Professional Market Making for Real Infrastructure

We’re excited to be offering professional market making services for XNET Foundation. Healthy order books and deep liquidity support their mission of bringing accessible, high-quality connectivity to underserved markets.
XNET isn’t another theoretical DePIN project with whitepapers but no traction. They have active carrier partnerships. They have nodes deployed across the United States with expansion into Canada and international markets planned for 2025. They have millions of users already benefiting from their network.
This is the kind of project that deserves transparent, professional market making services. Infrastructure that works. Token economics that align incentives. A team executing on real partnerships with major carriers.

The Future of Connectivity

Wireless connectivity shouldn’t be controlled by a handful of massive corporations with concentrated infrastructure. XNET is proving there’s a better way.
Distributed networks. Aligned incentives. Real utility for users and node operators alike.
As DePIN continues evolving from concept to reality, projects like XNET are leading the way. They’re building the infrastructure that makes decentralization practical, not just theoretical.
